Trooper zaps driver over speeding ticket

Take a look at this video! Wait til the end when the arresting cop is talking to other cop. He tells him he told the guy several time he was going to taser him if he didnt listen to him and stop walking away. He never said a fucking thing!! This idiot cop needs to be tasered himself, they all think they are above the law. read more here
